West Highland Way Race

Another spectacle takes place each year on one of our long-distance paths, this time in Scotland. At 1am on 23 June 2007 runners set off from Milngavie to complete the West Highland Way to Fort William in under 35 hours. The record has been brought under 16 hours and a total of 76 runners completed the 2007 race.
